The Billing tab

Overview

This topic explains the information on the Billing page and how to make changes to your LaunchDarkly subscription.

About the Billing page

The Billing page includes the following information:

  • Your account ID.
  • Your total seat usage.
  • Depending on your billing model, the total contexts from your primary context kind, or the total client-side monthly active users (MAU), for your current billing period. To learn more, read Account usage metrics.
  • (If applicable) Depending on your billing model, your total Experimentation events or total Experimentation keys for the chosen time period.
  • (If applicable) Your total monthly Data Export events. To learn more, read Data export.
  • Your billing contact information.
  • Your billing method.
  • Your billing history.

If you're on a Starter or Pro plan, upgrade or change your plan options by clicking View plan options. If you're on an Enterprise plan, click Contact us.

Making changes to your plan

Plan options are customized for Enterprise plans

If you're on an Enterprise plan, your plan options are customized to your usage needs and are not available from the Billing page. Contact us for information about your plan options.

From the Billing page you can view your current usage, plan selections, billing information, and upgrade options.

Depending on your current plan type, you can:

  • View or adjust your seats
  • View or adjust your client-side MAUs
  • Enable or disable SSO
  • Add Experimentation to your plan
  • Add Data Export to your plan

Plan summary

The "Plan total" section displays the price of your plan. You can toggle between the Billed monthly and Billed annually options to review the price difference between the two billing frequencies.

To confirm changes to your plan, or the frequency of billing:

  1. In the "Plan total" section, click Proceed to checkout. A "Review your subscription changes" screen appears.
  2. Click Update subscription.

To cancel your changes and return to the Billing page, click Keep current plan.

To cancel your LaunchDarkly subscription, start a Support ticket.
